When making budgets / orders in our store, the customer is to agree with the Conditions of Sale, How to Budget e Privacy Policy described on this website.

All amounts presented on the site, added VAT at the prevailing rate.

| Orders
Orders are made after approval of budgets, by means of distance communication techniques, using any means which, without the simultaneous physical presence of the supplier and consumer, may be used with a view to conclusion of a contract between those parties.
The customer should check the details of the product you want to buy if there is stock to proceed with your purchase. The existence of items in stock is assured only after making the order.

Bear in mind:
The order will be canceled if payment is not made within seven (7) business days.
The orders placed during the weekend, weekends and holidays will only be processed on the next business day.



| Stock products
In stock-out situation of the item ordered the customer will be notified of the estimated delivery time.

In the case of discontinuation (no longer manufactured) product the customer will be notified in order to allow its replacement by another article. As there is usually price difference, you must choose an article of approximate value, if the value is higher we have to wait for the transfer of this difference.


| Mode of payment
Orders may be paid by bank transfer NIB: 003300000017261596305. By choosing to pay by bank transfer, our clients significantly increase the speed of sending can receive your orders in 24 hours after payment confirmation.


| Deliveries
Orders are delivered by a transport company, or through the Post Office. This system allows to track their orders through the Internet.

The orders shipping guarantee shall be ensured by and after confirmation of payment, regardless of the form of payment.

On receipt of the email confirmation of the shipment of your order it should be delivered within 24h (Mainland). Failure to do so should communicate immediately with our customer support services.

Deliveries by carrier are done in only addresses where there is the living guarantee someone to receive the order, otherwise will be returned to the customer's cost. Orders are only shipped after receipt of payment, unless they are dispatched for recovery.


| Transport

When you make an order, and if the products are in stock, they will be sent by carrier or by CTT to the address provided in the registry.

  • A normal delivery in Portugal will be made the next business day;
  • Islands will be shown the expected delivery time and shipping cost.


Portugal Continental:

  • Orders up to € 150 - Increase of 7 € (VAT not included) for the entire continent
  • Orders sent to collection - Increase of € 10 (VAT not included)
  • Orders over € 150 sent the collection to final customer - Free Shipping
  • Orders above 150 € for final customer - Free Shipping

Islands:
  • Price and transit time will be indicated for each case
  • Sending the demand is higher than normal delivery cost

Resale and orders for other countries:
  • Reseller always pay the shipping regardless of order value goods
  • Price and transit time will be indicated for each case


| Returns

Our returns policy allows if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, for deficiency of product or non-compliance with the purchase, you can return the product to us since it has not been used and is presented in its original condition, within 15 days after the date of its receipt.

In case of unavailability, the MBA can provide a good or provide a service to the consumer of equivalent quality and price provided that this possibility was provided for prior to the conclusion of the order or in the order itself, in a clear and understandable way.

The product will be promptly replaced if the customer wishes or the purchase price refunded within 30 days from the date of knowledge of the unavailability of the article. | Warranty and After Sales Service
