Our return policy allows you, for dissatisfaction by any reason with your
purchase, by product deficiency or noncompliance with the original purchase, to
return the product as long as it has not been used and is presented in its
original condition, within 15 days after the date of receipt. In case of unavailability, the MBA can provide a good or provide a service to consumers of equivalent quality and price, as long as this possibility was predicted before the conclusion of the order or in the course of the proper order, in a clear and understandable way. The product will be promptly replaced if the customer wishes so, or purchase value returned within 30 days from the date of knowledge of the unavailability of the product. Products including software must be returned with the packaging not violated. Contact us by phone, fax or email to receive instructions for that effect. The customer will have to bear the transportation costs, and that amount will be retourned to them if there is serious error or defect in the product. |
