The general terms and conditions of sale are agreed between NOBRINDE, LDA., headquartered at Rua Vilar do Senhor 493, 4455-213 Lavra, tax identification number 502 640 421, telephone contact +351 229 982 500, share capital of €500,000, registered at the Porto Commercial Registry Office under No. 49377/91, hereinafter referred to as “NOBRINDE”, and any individual, hereinafter referred to as the “user”, who wishes to request quotations through this website.
Purchases made through this website shall be governed exclusively by this contract, to the exclusion of any previously available conditions.
2 | Purpose and Scope of Application
By accessing this website or any content contained therein, the user declares acceptance of the terms and conditions presented here, which may be changed at any time, and it is therefore advisable to consult them whenever visiting the website.
Browsing and use of this website are governed by these general terms of use, to the exclusion of any previously available conditions or prior agreements, express and in writing.
The prices shown are indicative and do not constitute a contractual offer.
No sales are made through the website, only non-binding quotation requests.
NOBRINDE reserves the right to modify information and commercial offers at any time without prior notice.
Browsing and submitting forms or quotation requests imply acceptance of these General Terms of Use, as well as the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

The user undertakes to use this website in compliance with the applicable legislation, refraining from using the website for activities contrary to the law, morality and public decency, or the rights and interests of third parties.
This website may contain links to other websites, which may contain useful information for the user.
These general terms shall not apply to third-party websites.
As such, if the user visits another website redirected from our website, they should read the terms of use, privacy policy, among other information, available on the website they are visiting.
4 | Product Information
The photographs shown are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment.
Colour reproduction is as close as possible to reality, but NOBRINDE declines responsibility for the accuracy of technical files provided by third parties.
Some products may display incorrect specifications or prices, which will be checked at the quotation stage.
Stock availability is only confirmed after validation with the supplier.
In cases of extreme technical requirements, the production of colour proofs may be necessary, and the user should note that different products and materials may generate small variations in shades.
5 | Price Information
Prices are shown in euros and excluding VAT, to which the legal rate in force shall be added. Prices are indicative and may be changed without prior notice. NOBRINDE shall not be liable for publication errors, correcting them at the quotation stage.
6 | Availability of Products and Services
In the event of stock shortages, the user shall be informed, and the order shall only proceed with their consent. In the event of absolute unavailability or discontinuation, a replacement with another item of approximate value may be proposed, or a refund of the amount paid may be issued.
7 | How to Request Quotations?
The user may request quotations through the website, by telephone or by email. After submission, they will receive confirmation and follow-up from an account manager, including technical and commercial validation of the request.
8 | Reserved Area
The user may create an account to manage their personal data, quotation and order history, as well as access specific commercial conditions.
9 | Quotations through the Simulator
The values shown in the simulator are indicative. In the case of textiles, printing is limited to 100 cm², and in other products, engraving or printing is limited to 10 cm².
10 | Payment Methods
Payments may be made by Multibanco, MB Way, Credit Card or Bank Transfer. The order will only be processed after payment confirmation.
11 | Order Delivery
Orders are delivered to the indicated address or collected at the headquarters in Lavra, and shipment is made after payment confirmation.
12 | Transport
For mainland Portugal (excluding the islands), shipping is free for orders with a value equal to or greater than €150 + VAT. For orders below this value, shipping costs are borne by the user.
The prices shown include a single shipment per order and to a single address.
Any additional shipment, split delivery or change of address may imply extra costs. For deliveries to the Islands (Azores and Madeira) and other countries, transport costs will always be calculated on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the weight, volume and destination of the order.
In the case of export, customs duties or other local charges may also apply, which shall be the responsibility of the recipient. Resale benefits from the applicable transport conditions, unless otherwise previously agreed.
13 | Quantities
For technical production reasons, there may be a variation in the quantities supplied.
If the customer requires exact quantities, this need must be indicated in advance and may imply the additional production of units. These units will be included and reflected in the quotation before the order is placed.
No additional production will be carried out after completion of the order to compensate for any differences.
14 | Invoicing
The invoice is issued and printed on headed paper once the order is completed and is delivered together with the order. The user may choose whether they want an invoice or a simplified invoice.
15 | Complaints
If the user wishes to submit a complaint or request information, they may contact Nobrinde directly by registered letter to the address indicated above or by email to [email protected], in order to allow the situation to be resolved as quickly as possible.
Nobrinde undertakes to respond within a maximum period of 15 working days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
Alternatively, the user may submit their complaint through the Electronic Complaints Book, available at www.livroreclamacoes.pt, by following the instructions indicated there.
The physical Complaints Book is also available at the in-person customer service locations.
16 | Warranty
Products marketed by Nobrinde are covered by the legal warranty regime, excluding customised products.
In the event of a damaged product, manufacturing defect or anomalies caused by transport damage, the user must send an email to the company within 15 days after receiving the products and without having made any use of them, providing as much information as possible, and may also attach photographs to illustrate the defect or damage.
The product will be promptly replaced or the purchase amount refunded within a maximum period of 30 days from the date the anomaly became known. Products that include software must be returned with the packaging unopened.
17 | Liability
Use of the website is the responsibility of the user. NOBRINDE shall not be liable for indirect damages, technical failures, viruses or non-compliance with local legislation. In the event of a breach of the legislation of the country where the order is delivered, the user must verify the import and usage conditions of the products they intend to order.
18 | Applicable Law
Portuguese law shall apply, and the competent court shall be the District Court of Matosinhos.
19 | ADR - Alternative Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to mediation, conciliation or arbitration through CICAP or via the Consumer Portal.

20 | Sales Proposal
The sales proposal is valid for 7 days, except for USB flash drives and subject to stock shortage, typographical or photographic error. In the case of personalisation, the proposal is only valid with the respective mock-up attached. The amounts are subject to final validation after receipt of the file and confirmation of production feasibility. This document does not serve as an invoice.
21 | Printing Standards
NOBRINDE assumes no responsibility if the work does not comply with these technical standards.
The files provided should preferably be vector files, with the extensions .ai, .cdr, .pdf, .eps or .svg, and other extensions should be confirmed with the sales department.
It is recommended to send a .jpg file as a comparison reference in conversions between different software.
Text must be converted to curves or, alternatively, the font must be embedded or sent as an attachment.
Designs must include an internal and external safety margin of 3 mm for trimming. The application of vector-redrawn logos, at the customer’s request, is entirely the customer’s responsibility.
It is not possible to make changes/corrections to image files (.jpg, .png, .tiff, among others).
For good print quality, images must have 300 dpi, be converted to CMYK and, in the case of spot colours, be properly identified in Pantone Solid Coated (Pantone C).
Very small elements or very thin lines may not be legible.
22 | Colour Proofs
When Pantone C colour is indicated, prints are matched as closely as possible to the catalogue, and small deviations may occur depending on the type of printing used.
Only in cases of high requirements will comparison with a colour proof be necessary. Different products and materials may result in slight shade variations. In the absence of a colour proof, complaints regarding the final printing result will not be accepted.
