Bordado

Process where the logo is "cut" through thread onto a textile product.

The embroidery depends on the number of stitches required for the shape of the logo. In this process, the logo will be previously reproduced on a film suitable for embroidery and will then be reproduced again on the article.

Epoxy - Resin Drop

Process directly related to digital printing. From the digital print on a self-adhesive film, a drop of transparent resin is applied, which is subjected to high temperatures to solidify.

This process produces an effect of depth and shine, with a water drop effect. Ideal for pins, labels, badges, among others.

Printing and Sublimation

It is intended for direct printing on fabrics. Allows printing up to four-color, with interspersed drying.

The production capacity of this service is quite high, as we continually invest in new technologies and machines.

Digital Printing

The biggest advantage of digital printing begins with the absence of the production of photoliths/plates, offering printing quality and speed. Digital printing is the ideal solution for various formats/sizes on paper, stickers, screens and others, and is always done in four colors. There is no color separation (direct colors - screen printing), printing is done by mixing primary colors (CMYK).

Its versatility allows for indoor and outdoor use, it is suitable for decoration and advertising work such as posters, canvas displays, cars or stands. Vinyl cutting can be combined with this process. Economically advantageous for paper solutions, from posters (small and large format), sticker paper and printed vinyl. This process can be combined with different types of finishing, from simple/straight cutting or with specific cutting edges, binding, among others.

UV printing

Color printing service and white ink, allowing you to print both options at the same time.

Designed for the production of products with special customization, namely objects with photographic quality due to their high precision, stable performance and high quality.

Laser

We offer laser engraving and cutting.
Laser engraving, consists of "engraving" the logo (max. 2 mm deep) on the item made of metal, wood, glass, acrylic, leather, among others. The laser machine emits a laser beam onto the material, ensuring engraving with a sublime, precise and permanent finish. The color obtained when engraving depends only on the internal color of the material, laser engraving does not allow for color selection. It is a process widely used in prestigious items, adding elegance to personalization.

Laser cutting, ideal for producing trophies, paperweights, nameplates, signage, among others.

Screen printing

Applies to all articles with flat surfaces, with compositions without very fine details and of considerable size, producing a dense impression. It consists of printing one or more direct colors (printed separately), using a frame on which the photolith containing the message is photographed.

Ideal process to obtain speed and printing solutions with a considerable area for advertising campaigns and logos. Mainly used in textile articles, such as t-shirts, PVC bags, PP bags, cardboard, among others.

High Frequency Welding

We use high-frequency, cutting, sewing and digital printing machines that allow the production of document holders, card holders, diary covers, menus, bottle coolers, among others.

We develop and produce products in any size, format and always with full printing.

Tampography

Indirect ink transfer printing process, allows printing on any material and surface. It offers high definition and precision in fine line strokes, it is a very versatile process and used to print on cylindrical, concave, curved or flat, regular or irregular surfaces.

Allows you to print from one to four direct colors, on small objects with an angle of up to 120 degrees. Typical applications include pens, watches, electronics, among others.

Thermogravure � Low Relief

In this process, a metal plate with the image/logo is used which, through pressure on the item, creates a 3D illusion on the item, resulting in a pleasant visual finish.

Ideal for leather items, color printing is not possible.

Ceramic Transfer

They are obtained from a specific transfer for ceramics, which, through digital printing combined with pressure and heat, fixes the paint in such a way that it is not possible to remove it with detergents and common uses.

Ideal for personalizing mugs, tea or coffee sets.

Digital Transfer

Applies to made fabrics, such as hats, bags, t-shirts, umbrellas, or unmade fabrics. This process consists of combining the digital print with heat. It allows printing without a color limit, on a special paper (transfer), which when applied to the article, through pressure and heat, results in printing.

Ideal process for all types of articles and always in four colors. It allows pre-printing, that is, your logo is printed in advance, and is only applied to items as needed. This allows you to manage delivery times, choose different items to apply the logo, avoid preparation costs and achieve high quality.

Silkscreen Transfer

Screen transfer is the combination of the screen printing process with heat. Allows the printing of one or more direct colors on a special paper (transfer), which, applied to the product and through pressure and heat, allows printing/personalization on the product.

Sophisticated process with excellent results, identical to those of screen printing. It is also used in cases where screen printing, which is flat, does not allow it.

Process recommended for textile products, cardboard, PVC, umbrellas, caps, hats, among others.
