Returns and Contract TerminationOur returns policy allows you, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase due to product defect or non-conformity, to return the product to us, without signs of misuse, provided it has not been used and is in its original condition, in this case without any type of personalisation. Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February, applicable to distance contracts, the user has the right to freely withdraw from a new contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract (in the case of services) or from the day on which the user received the order. Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February, there are exceptions to the right of withdrawal: Therefore, any goods produced according to the consumer’s specifications, namely personalised products or goods made to the consumer’s specifications, are excluded from the right of contract withdrawal. In the case of personalised products, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you must send an email to [email protected] so that the complaint can be analysed and properly handled. The user must return the products within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which NOBRINDE was informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract and must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. These costs are variable and depend on the weight and volume of the order as well as the sender’s address, and may be estimated between €10 and €150.
